Job summary

SignalFire is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across the stack in New York. You will develop APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures while collaborating with founders to align technical strategy with business goals.

You will implement robust, performant systems, contribute to the technical roadmap, and help shape engineering culture in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a full stack or back-end engineer.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products.
• Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency with back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django, Flask, or Ruby on Rails.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, Ruby, Go, or TypeScript.
• Experience in early-stage startups or lean teams is a plus.
