Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced full stack developer to design, build, and scale web applications from user interfaces to backend services. You will create robust APIs, microservices, and cloud-based systems powering innovative products, while writing clean, maintainable code across the stack.

You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to align technical strategy with business goals, and you will optimize for performance, security, and scalability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong track record of shipping products.
• Experience building and scaling web applications across the full stack.
• Experience collaborating across frontend, backend, and infrastructure teams.
• Experience developing APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.
• Proficiency with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Svelte.
• Expertise in backend frameworks such as Node.js, Django, Flask, Ruby on Rails, or FastAPI.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Ruby, Go, or Java.
