Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design and develop robust, scalable software solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will work across front-end and back-end technologies, build RESTful APIs and microservices, and collaborate with product teams to deliver high-impact features.

The role requires 7+ years of hands-on experience, strong communication, and a proven track record in full-stack development within financial services contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with back-end languages (Java, Python, C#) and frameworks (Spring Boot, .NET Core, Django, Flask).
• Relational and/or NoSQL databases; schema design and optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work independently and in agile teams; strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.

Requirements

• Experience with at least one back-end programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and relevant frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, .NET Core, Django, Flask)
• Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design, querying, and optimization
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
