Job summary

Moritz, an AI-native law firm in San Francisco, is building software that handles high-value, professional work with lawyers in the loop. You will join our founding engineering team, work in person alongside founders and lawyers, and ship agent-enabled workflows that scale across hundreds to thousands of matters daily.

You will own end-to-end features, build intuitive surfaces for client intake and delivery, and contribute to a trustworthy, reliable agentic workspace at scale.

Qualifications

• Must be a product-minded full-stack engineer who owns problems from database to UI.
• Experience shipping agentic systems to production is a plus.
• Comfort with a modern TS/React stack and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Shape features end to end: understand problem, build, ship, and iterate with feedback same day.
• Build functional client surfaces for intake, communication, and delivery of results with designers and engineers.
• Iterate on the agents workspace: review queues, diff views, and controls to approve or elevate quickly.
