Alldus International Consulting Ltd is seeking a Founding Software Engineer in San Francisco to own the development and scaling of full-stack applications, combining product engineering, infrastructure and applied AI to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

You will design and ship production-grade features, leverage AI-assisted development tools, and collaborate with product and design to drive customer value in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production-grade web apps.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React; modern full-stack development.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain production-grade full-stack applications using React and TypeScript.
• Develop scalable APIs, data models and backend services.
• Design flexible, scalable data architectures using NoSQL databases.
• Build integrations with third-party APIs, authentication, payments and document platforms.
• Own features end-to-end from design to production and improvement.
• Leverage AI coding tools and agent-driven development workflows.
• Collaborate with product and design to translate customer needs into product experiences.
• Continuously improve performance, reliability and developer experience.
• Contribute to architectural decisions as the platform scales.
• Solve complex technical problems in a fast-moving startup.
