Brand.AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge our platform with enterprise customers in the United States. You will ship integrations, custom AI workflows, and proof‑of‑concept builds that make Brand.AI indispensable to sophisticated brand organizations.

You’ll lead technical implementations, onboard clients, and design repeatable capabilities that scale. This role blends hands‑on engineering with deep collaboration across GTM, product, and customer teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with solutions or forward‑deployed work at B2B SaaS.
• Strong proficiency with APIs, integrations, and modern SaaS architectures.
• Experience integrating LLMs and generative AI APIs into real workflows.
• Exceptional communication: comfortable with engineers and CMOs alike.
• Startup mindset with consultative instincts and strong project management.
• Genuine curiosity about AI, creativity, and brand work.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation for enterprise customers: onboarding, integrations, and custom workflows.
• Build integrations with customer tech stacks including DAMs, project management tools, and creative platforms.
• Develop proof‑of‑concept implementations and custom AI workflows that demonstrate value fast.
• Turn recurring customer needs into reusable platform capabilities, contributing to the core product.
• Partner with GTM on technical discovery, demos, and solution design.
