Job summary

Dex is partnering with a company building AI agents that optimize manufacturing operations on ERP platforms. You will join as the founding Forward Deployed Engineer, spending about half your time with customers and half on product work to translate challenges into features and prototypes.

You will own implementations end-to-end, from scoping to integration, and work directly with the CEO and CTO to shape the product.

Qualifications

• At least two years of full-time professional experience and you will be customer-facing from day one.
• You turn complex user frustrations into intuitive, performant features.
• You can write production code and prototype features yourself, not just hand off specs.
• You design scalable processes in code, operations, and human workflows, with data and automation.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex manufacturing operational problems into product features.
• Prototype and write production-grade code to implement new features and fixes.
• Own customer implementations end-to-end: scoping, onboarding, integration, and training.
