Job summary

Dex, in partnership with leading insurance carriers, seeks a hands-on technologist to own end-to-end AI deployments from scoping to go-live. You will design and ship multi-modal agentic AI systems and act as the primary technical partner for senior stakeholders.

Ideally you have 2+ years in forward-deployed or founding roles, strong Python/API skills, and experience translating complex AI capabilities into business outcomes. You will balance coding with client relationship management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in forward-deployed, agent engineering, or founding role.
• Production-grade Python code, APIs, cloud platforms, and AI/ML tooling.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI concepts.
• Translate technical solutions into business outcomes for exec audiences.
• Founder mindset with end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI deployments for major insurance carriers from scoping to go-live.
• Design, build, and evolve multi-modal agentic AI systems using prompts and model integrations.
• Be primary technical contact for senior client stakeholders.
• Work hands-on with client tech teams to integrate AI solutions via APIs and custom environments.
• Scope and develop new features based on client needs and feed insights to product roadmap.
