Job summary

Mural is a financial infrastructure company building the compliant system of record for agents and fintechs. You will own how our products are explained across the site, docs, emails, and launches, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with the CTO, engineers, and brand team.

You will ensure the voice, vocabulary, and truth gate are consistent and fast. You will write one-page narratives for each shipped feature, craft the agentic teammate's tone, and extend our messaging to Spanish as we scale

Qualifications

3 to 5 years in product marketing, at least part of it at a startup where you were the whole function.
A writer first. Your samples are copy people actually read: landing pages, launch posts, docs, emails.
You can read an API reference and explain it to a CFO without losing what is true.
You're AI-native. Agentic tools are how you already draft, research, and ship; show us.
Big plus: you speak Spanish natively for LATAM customers.
Strong pluses: fintech or infrastructure marketing, developer marketing, and a point of view on agentic commerce.

Responsibilities

Own the copy for every surface: website, product, docs, email, social, decks, and launch posts.
Turn every shipped feature into a story, in one sentence and in one page.
Write the voice of Mural's agentic teammate across channels.
Hold the voice and vocabulary across the company; ensure consistency.
Run the truth gate with Compliance to speed up external claims.
Build the narrative for the agentic future with the founders and carry it into materials.
Ship in Spanish as well as English with the team in Latin America.
