Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking.
• Proven track record of building or leading a finance function.
• Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or AI technology company.

Responsibilities

• Manage forecasting, financial planning, and capital allocation.
• Ensure financial discipline and set budgets across the organization.
• Monitor KPIs and performance across teams and the overall company.
• Collaborate closely with the recruiting team on headcount planning.
• Manage treasury strategy and monitor cash flow.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering for decision-making.
• Create materials for Board meetings and communicate financial performance.
