Job summary

Cosmotek College is looking for a founding Operational Lead to manage a new portfolio in Oakland. You will work closely with the founders and focus on high-level property standards and local execution.

This hybrid role requires at least 2 years of multi-family property management experience. You'll ensure properties are pristine and ready for new tenants, with responsibilities including inspections, move-in coordination, and property access.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Must live in or adjacent to Oakland/East Bay.
• Comfortable using technology for organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform move-out inspections and manage turn schedule.
• Ensure units are rent-ready and facilitate new resident move-ins.
• Complete routine property walks to identify maintenance needs.
• Provide vendor access and accompany inspectors.
• Assist with posting legal notices and coordinate collection efforts.
