Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking a Founder's Associate to be the operational backbone of its proptech studio in Los Angeles. This role is crucial for freeing up the founders to focus on strategy, product, and fundraising, by ensuring that operational tasks are efficiently managed.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include managing operational projects, tracking GTM pipeline, and coordinating with the team to keep everything flowing smoothly. The role prefers in-person work but allows remote arrangements initially for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an ops role at a fast-paced startup.
• Experience in consulting, investment banking, VC, or hospitality is a plus.
• Extreme proficiency in startup ops tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and run studio-level operational projects.
• Manage the full GTM pipeline and track every lead.
• Keep fundraising materials investor-ready.
