As a Founding Solutions Engineer in NYC or Atlanta, you’ll own the full enterprise sales cycle, partner with the CRO and founders, and help craft the playbook as you help scale the business with equity upside and a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Solutions Engineering experience in enterprise SaaS or tech sales.
- Experience working with Account Executives to win net-new enterprise business.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles and winning the technical decision for six-seven figure deals.
- Track record of exceeding targets and performing at the top of your team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with pace and ambiguity of an early-stage company.
Responsibilities
- Win new enterprise customers and support AEs in closing six- to seven-figure opportunities.
- Land and expand by establishing new relationships and growing accounts across business units.
- Sell transformative technology and help enterprise leaders reimagine operations with AI.
- Build the playbook with the CRO and founders to refine positioning, processes, and GTM strategy.
- Help build the team and shape standards, culture, and practices at Sola's sales organization.
