Job summary

Vectoral is a US-based security company protecting LLM API traffic from fraud and abuse. As a Founding Member of the Technical Staff, you will own major architectural decisions and ship code that serves production users, helping shape product and culture from day one.

You’ll work across the stack from Go ingestion to browser sensors and dashboards, with a focus on latency, security, and scalable design. This is a rare chance to influence architecture, tooling, and a security product used by

Qualifications

• Strong backend fundamentals with latency-sensitive service experience.
• Experience carrying production on-call responsibilities.
• Ability to ship end-to-end features across a full stack.
• Adversarial mindset to build robust security systems.
• ML familiarity is a plus but strong systems skills matter most.

Responsibilities

• Build Go-based ingestion and scoring API.
• Develop signals pipeline with feature extractors mapped to a feature schema.
• Train per-customer models with LightGBM and calibrate via Platt scaling.
• Implement browser sensor in vanilla JS to detect automation tools and manage tokens.
• Develop customer dashboard with Next.js/React/Tailwind.
• Own major technical decisions and ship production-ready code.
