Job summary

The Cypress Group is seeking one of the first engineers to own the product end-to-end, from the tooling on one side of the marketplace to the experience the other side has when interacting with outputs. The platform already has early traction, with active users generating meaningful daily data, and there is substantial opportunity to expand and shape the product going forward.

You will take full ownership of product development—defining what gets built, how it works, and how it feels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack experience shipping products end-to-end.
• Proficient with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Strong product mindset focused on user needs and business impact.
• Keen attention to design usability and interactions.
• Solid fundamentals in modern web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the product end-to-end, from tooling to user experience.
• Transform complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
• Develop a platform used to run critical parts of a business.
• Collaborate with the founder to set priorities and design solutions.
• Ship features end-to-end on a TS/React/Node stack.
• Engage with users to gather feedback and iterate quickly.
• Shape product direction and strategy.
