Wintermeyer Ventures is hiring a founding product engineer in San Francisco to own the full product loop from problem framing to shipping. You will influence what gets built, balancing frontend and backend work with direct merchant interaction to uncover pain points.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with TS, React, and Node.js across frontend and backend.
• Track record of shipping features end-to-end without a handoff spec.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end across frontend and backend, from problem to production.
• Engage with merchants and customers, review feedback, and shape flows and UX decisions.
• Maintain clean, scalable codebase and onboard future engineers.
