We’re hiring our first founding engineer to build the technical backbone of our investment platform. You’ll partner directly with geoscientists to ingest messy, unstructured data—like satellite imagery, maps, and reports—and develop scalable pipelines and AI tools that surface actionable insights. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role ideal for a builder who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working across the full stack of data infrastructure and AI, and wants to help modernize how investments are made in natural resources. Strong Python, ML deployment experience, and a passion for solving real-world problems are key.

We’re building a research and technology driven investment firm for the physical world, starting by investing into early stage mining startups at scale. The core thesis is simple: use technology to systematically identify, evaluate, and invest in projects earlier and faster than traditional institutions. Then, leverage data from those early investments to create lasting structural advantages that can’t be easily copied.

We've raised $2.2M from Village Global to create this new capital allocating business, combining deep technical understanding with strategic investment capability and now we're ready to start scaling up our team!
