Overview

Jars Global builds fast-growing SaaS products (Outbrand, DMpro, Saylo).We’re looking for a founding full-stack engineer who also acts as a product owner — someone who can take ideas from zero → shipped, move fast, and directly influence product growth. You’ll work across multiple SaaS products and be responsible for both engineering and product direction. If the idea of a 70+ hour shipping week scares you, this isn’t the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Improve performance, reliability, and scalability across products.
• Analyze user behavior and ship improvements that drive growth and retention.
• Maintain high code quality through testing, documentation, and clean architecture.
• Contribute to product strategy: roadmap planning, prioritization, and rapid experiments.

Requirements

• 3+ years building full-stack apps (MERN or similar modern stack).
• Strong product intuition — you understand user pain points and build solutions fast.
• Comfort owning entire features or products, not just isolated tasks.
• Ability to ship quickly and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Bonus: background in SaaS, growth engineering, product management, or startups.
