Job summary

Weekdayworks in San Francisco on-site is looking for an early hire / founding engineer to build the core product from the ground up. You’ll own major surfaces and ship end-to-end features in a hands-on role, thriving in ambiguity and taking ownership from day one.

The role emphasizes TypeScript, React, and Node.js with a startup mindset; you’ll design APIs, collaborate with founders and design, and help establish engineering best practices while moving fast with modern AI tooling.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Startup or founding-engineer background (or equivalent) is a plus.
