Job summary

Matcha is seeking a mission-driven engineer who loves their craft and thrives in fast-moving startup environments. You will own the full stack—from data processing and ingestion to core logic and UI—and help shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback.

You will apply AI to real-world use cases, use data to understand what works, iterate quickly, and ship with velocity. This is a fully remote role across multiple regions.

What You'll Do

• Iterate fast and ship with good velocity

Requirements

• Proven track record of owning products end to end and shipping with good velocity
• We are stack agnostic as long as you are good at any of these stacks and you are open to pick up our stack (Typescript, React)
• Experience in any of these stacks good (Rails, Elixir, Go etc..)
• Hands on AI experience
• You can work in ambiguous situation and move forward
• Have worked remotely in the past
• Good product Intuition
• Worked at a startup or scaleup before
• 0 to 1 building experience

Experience is not important as long as you have 1+ years of proven track record building products

Compensation: $150k/year to $200k/year and 1% to 3% equity
