Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking a highly connected, technically credible outreach leader to open doors with AI-native startups and engineering teams. You will leverage existing relationships to initiate conversations, qualify opportunities, and drive pilots to successful outcomes.

You will own outreach to senior engineers and engineering leaders, shaping partnerships and turning early conversations into design pilots, while preparing for broader developer community activities as the product matures.

Qualifications

• Experience in early-stage developer tools or technical SaaS in developer-facing roles.
• Clear writing and ability to explain technical concepts to engineers.

Responsibilities

• Open doors at AI-native startups and engineering teams using existing relationships.
• Build a target list of teams running coding agents at scale from public signals.
• Run outreach that is personal, specific, and credible to engineers.
• Coordinate design-partner pilots end to end from first call to real usage.
• Stay close to partners through onboarding and turn early users into references.
• Represent the company at AI engineering meetups, conferences, and communities.
