Job summary

Leap seeks a founding designer to define how Leap presents to patients and families. This rare opportunity blends strategy and hands-on design to shape the patient experience, from discovery to treatment support, across web, email, and print channels.

You will own member growth initiatives, craft campaigns, and build scalable design systems, partnering with care teams, product, and content to improve trust and activation.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping patient-facing experiences across campaigns, onboarding, and education.
• Ability to translate qualitative insights into clearer, lower-friction experiences.
• Strong design judgment with clear communication and modern production fluency.

Responsibilities

• Define Leap’s patient-facing design standards across marketing, onboarding, education, therapy support, and reactivation.
• Design end-to-end member journeys with cross-functional teams to reduce confusion and increase activation.
• Build reusable patterns, templates, and production standards for scalable creative output.
• Improve activation through direct-response campaigns across channels with a focus on clarity and trust.
• Lead and execute hands-on design work while guiding briefs and design systems.
