Qualifications

• Eight or more years of product design experience.
• Experience shipping systems rather than screens.
• Ability to write clearly and influence product language.

Responsibilities

• Own the full design surface including marketing site, product, review queue, and internal tools.
• Set typographic system, density, and on-screen presentation rules.
• Write internal design documentation to empower the team to ship with minimal approvals.
• Shape marketing and public research surfaces to read as a unified institution and own the product voice.
