FinOps Weekly is seeking a Founding Data Analyst in Boston to build the data foundation, support reporting for product and financial metrics, and develop the Operating Scorecard. You will collaborate with senior leaders and an Analytics Engineer to validate pipelines and metrics while turning messy data into actionable insights.

You will drive AI-powered tooling to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across finance and operations, with broad ownership in a high-impact founding position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
• 3–5 years of experience in a data/analytics/finance role
• Strong SQL skills
• Python or similar programming language
• Experience turning messy data into reliable insights
• Executive presence for cross-functional discussions with senior leaders
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools and using them to reduce manual work

You will work directly with the SVP, Finance & Operations and partner across Commercial/GTM, Finance, Clinical Ops, Operations, and an Analytics Engineer.FinanceThe role requires strong cross-functional communication and the ability to work with senior stakeholders across the business.
