Job summary

Taxwire is hiring a founding customer deployments lead to own delivering exceptional customer outcomes at scale. You will guide onboarding, handle real problems, and redesign workflows to prevent repeats.

You will work directly with heads of product, ops, growth, and our CEO to deploy AI-assisted processes and scalable playbooks that improve time-to-value for customers and drive durable success across the platform.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills across written and verbal forms.
• Experience onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
• Strong judgment to assess risk and prioritize actions.
• Ability to work with structured data like spreadsheets and checklists.
• Track record of solving real problems end-to-end.
• Calm, reliable execution under high stakes.
• Interest in AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Run customer onboarding from closed deal to go-live.
• Own day-to-day customer experience and resolve issues.
• Develop scalable onboarding processes and playbooks.
• Collaborate with product, ops, growth, and CEO as needed.
