Job summary

Clouted in New York is hiring a Founding Creator Strategy & Partnerships Manager to own how we source, sign, and scale the creators behind our campaigns. This is an early, high-ownership role: you'll build and manage our creator and influencer network, design the partnership strategy that powers client campaigns, and be the person creators trust to bring them the right opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in creator partnerships or influencer management.
• Proven track record sourcing creators and running campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong existing relationships across the creator/influencer landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience in music, gaming, or entertainment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Clouted's roster of creators and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
• Own creator relationships end-to-end—from outreach to retention.

About The Role

We are hiring a Founding Creator Strategy & Partnerships Manager to own how Clouted sources, signs, and scales the creators behind our campaigns. This is an early, high-ownership role: you'll build and manage our creator and influencer network, design the partnership strategy that powers client campaigns, and be the person creators trust to bring them the right opportunities.

You'll work directly with the founding team and across client accounts — turning a campaign brief into the right roster of creators, the right terms, and the right relationships to make it perform. This is for someone who has lived in creator partnerships and influencer management, thinks in both relationships and systems, and wants to build a function from the ground up.

What You'll Own

• Creator Partnerships & Sourcing: build and grow Clouted's roster of creators, clippers, and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube; source and vet the right talent for each campaign; and negotiate deliverables, rates, and terms.
• Influencer & Creator Relationship Management: own creator relationships end-to-end — outreach, onboarding, briefing, delivery, and retention — and keep creators coming back with strong, well-fit opportunities.
• Creator Strategy & Campaign Design: translate client goals into concrete creator and distribution strategies across clipping, UGC, managed pages, and paid, and partner with account strategy and ops to keep execution on-plan.
• Building the Function: stand up the systems, playbooks, and pipelines that make creator sourcing and management repeatable and scalable, and set the standards for how Clouted works with creators as the network grows.

• Have an existing network of creators/influencers and know how to build one from scratch.
• Move fluidly between relationship-building and strategic, data-informed campaign planning.

• Have deep fluency in short-form, the creator economy, and platform dynamics.

Requirements
