Smartech is seeking a highly creative, execution-focused Social Content Creator to build and grow the tm:rw brand organically across social platforms from our NYC store. This hands-on role will produce visual, video, and written content, manage publishing, community engagement, and performance, leveraging AI tools to scale output without compromising quality.

You will work closely with the Marketing team and CEO to execute campaign concepts, host day-to-day content operations, and ensure

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio showing range across graphic design, photo/video, and copy.
• Proficiency in core design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Ability to produce high volumes of content and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Plan, shoot, and produce content for social media, email, website, and in-store displays.
• Publish brand-aligned content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and emerging channels.
• Independently produce short-form video, carousels, stories, and written content.
• Write and edit captions and campaign assets.
• Maintain content calendar and asset library.
• Design graphics and visual assets for campaigns and activations.
• Edit photos/videos to polished publish-ready standard.
• Use AI tools to speed up ideation and production while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing and CEO to bring campaigns to life.
