Growth & Company is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Creator to bring ideas to life at the intersection of AI, e-commerce and technology. You will transform ideas, insights and product materials into compelling content that educates business leaders, builds brand awareness and drives engagement, particularly on LinkedIn.

You’ll own the creative direction, execute pixel-perfect content, and help drive growth in an early-stage environment.

• Strong graphic and visual design skills.
• Experience directing photography and video.

The team is looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Creator to bring ideas to life through engaging content at the intersection of AI, e-commerce and technology.

You’ll transform ideas, insights and product materials into compelling content that educates business leaders, builds brand awareness and drives engagement, particularly on LinkedIn.

You’ll work across:

• Brand and visual identity
• Social and content
• Campaigns and advertising
• Websites and landing pages
• Email and CRM
• Art direction for shoots and video
• Motion and digital experiences
• New creative formats and brand applications
