Job summary

Quippy is seeking a founding member to help grow the community and shape product feedback. You’ll answer users with care, turn their input into product improvements, and build online and in-person communities.

You’ll work directly with Jonathan, the founder, and have a stake in the company as shares in the founding team. This role is based in San Francisco with remote options and fast impact on real users.

Qualifications

• Experience building or managing a community people cared about.
• Write warm, clear replies to users, even when upset.
• Spot patterns in feedback and push for fixes.
• People skills; enjoy engaging with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Answer users with care and speed, and turn user feedback into product changes.
• Build and run the Quippy community, online and in person.
• Find the stories of people who got better, and share them.
• Write help articles and messages that keep people moving.
