Quippy is seeking a founding member to help grow the community and shape product feedback. You’ll answer users with care, turn their input into product improvements, and build online and in-person communities.

You’ll work directly with Jonathan, the founder, and have a stake in the company as shares in the founding team. This role is based in San Francisco with remote options and fast impact on real users.

• Write warm, clear replies to users, even when upset.
• Spot patterns in feedback and push for fixes.

Quippy (YC F26) is a daily practice room for the conversations people dread. You pick a real situation, like disagreeing with your manager or starting a conversation at a party, rehearse it with a realistic scene partner by voice or text, and get honest, line-by-line feedback on what landed. The app is live on the App Store. People come to Quippy with conversations that matter to them. You will be the first person they hear from when they need help, and you will build the community where they share what worked.
