Quippy is building a hands-on founding marketing lead role to work directly with the founder and own how people find us. You’ll decide what to test, get it live, and measure what worked, shaping the early growth of a YC-backed startup.

You should love creating content, care about the business behind it, and be comfortable turning ambitious goals into rapid experiments. You’ll own strategy, execution, and partnerships as we scale.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to grow an audience or achieve measurable growth results.
• Ability to convert goals into executable experiments within a week.
• Strong creative taste and ability to produce work solo or with helpers.
• Experience managing acquisition spend, funnels, cohorts, CAC, payback.
• Proficient using AI in workflows and seeking efficiency.
• Transparent communicator, ownership and blockers.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution for growth at Quippy.
• Create short-form video for TikTok and Reels.
• Oversee Quippy accounts, voice, and community.
• Manage creator partnerships and distribution beyond owned channels.
• Run paid acquisition across TikTok, Meta, Apple Search Ads from creative to payback.
• Turn organic winners into paid creative and extract learnings.
• Implement AI and automation to speed up production and testing.
• Monitor activation, retention, and paying users; stop ineffective initiatives.
