YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Commercial Attorney to support a confidential legal AI project in a remote US-based role. You will review and redline commercial agreements including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs, and provide clear explanations to support training and evaluation of AI systems.

You will apply your technology transactions expertise, draft precise contract language, and work independently in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining high legal standards and consistency across teams.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience at a law firm or in-house.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and contract review skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sound legal judgment.
• Experience in technology transactions is a plus.
