YO AI Labs is seeking a Commercial Attorney to support a confidential legal AI project. You will review and redline MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs, provide explanations, and ensure high-quality contract drafting and negotiation in a remote, deadline-driven environment.

The role requires a J.D., active U.S. bar, 4+ years of transactional experience, and strong knowledge of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection in technology transactions.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience at a law firm or in-house.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and contract review skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sound legal judgment.
• Experience in technology transactions is a plus.
