Urrly, Inc. is seeking a founding in-house CFO to lead FP&A, cash management, and reporting for a confidential FinTech SaaS and data business. This remote role requires strong experience in a lean environment, ownership of budgeting and forecasting, and collaboration with a sponsor-backed leadership team.

You will manage outsourced accounting, drive KPI dashboards, and help prepare for growth and exit. Chicago-area collaboration is preferred but not required, with a focus on scalable controls

Qualificações

• 7-10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in CFO function or comparable setting.
• Strong FP&A, cash forecasting, and financial modeling experience with ownership of forecasts.
• Finance in SaaS or subscription software/data business with recurring-revenue metrics.
• Experience building/improving finance processes, reporting, controls, or systems in lean environments.
• Solid accounting/controllership fundamentals, including revenue recognition and controls.
• Hands-on adoption of AI and automation; able to describe personal builds and experiments.

Responsabilidades

• Own financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Partner with CEO/Leadership to size and track the value creation plan.
• Translate analysis into recommendations on growth, pricing, and resource allocation.
• Define and track KPIs (GRR, NRR, renewals, recurring revenue trends).
• Oversee cash forecast, burn, liquidity, and spending aligned with growth.
• Manage outsourced accounting, improve controls and reporting.
• Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and board-ready materials.
• Lead finance systems improvements and payroll/spend system implementations.
• Support payroll, compensation planning, and reporting to leadership.
