Job summary

Urrly, Inc. is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to own the three-statement financial model, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.

You will partner with leadership on pricing, renewals, and P&L improvements, while driving strong financial discipline across the organization. You will deliver monthly and quarterly board, investor, lender, and management reporting, shaping corporate strategy and capital allocation for a private equity-backed healthcare SaaS company with growth

Qualifications

• Hands-on finance experience in an investor-backed software business.
• At least 2 years in management consulting, investment banking, or Big 4 audit/assurance.
• Strong command of software finance metrics and GAAP reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the three-statement financial model, budget, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Partner with leadership on pricing, renewals, commercial contracts, and P&L improvements.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly board, investor, lender, and management reporting.
