Eightball seeks a founder-minded marketer to own the campus ground game in San Francisco or remote locations. You will recruit ambassadors, partner with student clubs, and create viral content to drive adoption and early ARR growth.

With 0–4 years of experience, you’ll film, coordinate events, manage influencers, and help shape a bold GTM strategy. Compensation is $84–96K per year plus equity and full benefits.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, train, and energize campus ambassadors.
• Identify clubs, frats, study groups and student orgs to champion Eightball.
• Own content creation and influencer relationships.
• Source and preload classes with content for instant value to students.
• Build a thriving ambassador community with energy, swag, and competition.
• Create and capture viral moments; manage student creators and micro-influencers.
• Film polished product demos and user-generated content.
• Negotiate creator deals and manage influencer relationships.
