We're building industry-defining accounting and finance software, and we’re looking for a driven individual to help Rillet transition into its next phase of growth. After scaling rapidly over the past few months, we’re expanding our GTM team to accelerate that momentum.

You’ll work directly with our Head of GTM and Business Development Manager to scale our pipeline and execute against ambitious growth targets. As an early member of the GTM team, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, testing hypotheses, and strengthening the foundation of Rillet’s long-term GTM motion.

This role is remote-first, with a strong preference for candidates based in New York or San Francisco.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive and Evolve Our Outbound Motion
  • Build on our V1 outbound playbook by testing and iterating on messaging, channels, and strategy.
  • Run message tests, analyze ROI across different channels, and experiment with new or unconventional outreach tactics.
  • Refine our outbound processes and take full ownership with a scrappy, results-driven approach—doubling down where you see traction.
  • Execute with Relentless Focus
  • Partner with our GTM team to provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns.
  • Lead strategic, personalized outreach to high-priority accounts, moving them from cold/warm stages to SQL.
  • Roll up your sleeves and actively contribute to accelerating pipeline velocity.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for many prospects, running qualification calls and guiding them through the early stages of evaluation.
  • Listen deeply to customer needs and clearly communicate how Rillet’s solution stands apart in solving their problems.

What excites us:

  • Have 1-2+ years of work experience at a top tier SaaS startup and/or accounting firm in a Sales Development/customer-facing position.
  • Possess strong writing and verbal skills. You are an excellent communicator who can make complex concepts easy to understand and know how to write and speak conversationally.
  • Have a bias to proactivity and action. You like to hustle, are willing to help out with projects outside your job description, and can push things over the finish line quickly.
  • Are comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while keeping a high attention to detail.
  • Bonus points if you have experience outbounding finance or accounting leaders or domain expertise in the field.
