Job summary

Phonely is seeking a content-driven leader to own its public voice and shape how the brand speaks to high-volume phone workflow buyers. You will publish frequently, build repeatable workflows, and mine real customer moments for fast, authentic storytelling.

You’ll work on-site in San Francisco with the founders, directing shoots, editing, and publishing across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels to drive real growth.

Qualifications

• A portfolio of work with 100+ pieces published independently.
• AI-native production habits and experience using content tools.
• Comfort on camera without a script and in front of a live audience.
• Ability to critique own work and explain what worked or not.
• Experience across shooting, producing, editing, and publishing content.

Responsibilities

• Own the public voice: define sound, topics, and what Phonely is known for.
• Publish constantly: 5–10 pieces per week with a goal to exceed peers.
• Build the production system and workflows to scale output.
• Mine real-world phone-line moments to craft compelling stories.
• Lead concept through publish cycle: shoot, direct, edit, publish, respond.
• Select on-camera talent: often yourself, sometimes others from team or customers.
• Determine channels: LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, and other buyer hubs.
• Turn shoot days into paid assets for growth initiatives.
• Learn from engineers, reps, and customers to improve content.
• Represent Phonely at events and external launches.
