Job summary

BoldVoice in NoHo, NYC, is seeking a Creative Strategist to craft content that drives interest in our AI-powered speech coach. You will write and produce paid ads, build our organic presence, and run our creator and influencer program, collaborating directly with the founders on a small team.

You will ship high-volume creative weekly, analyze results, and iterate quickly. If you have a track record of videos that performed and a founder mindset, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• You've made short-form video that performed, and you can show us and explain why it worked.
• You've run a creator, influencer, or UGC program.
• You understand what stops a scroll in 2026 and natively understand TikTok trends.
• You can edit video yourself well enough to ship fast.
• You have a founder mentality: you look for what will grow the business and go do it, not just what's in your job description.
• You're happy doing both the thinking and the making.
• You enjoy being part of a collaborative team that works in-person together 4-5 days/week

Responsibilities

• Come up with concepts, hooks, and scripts for paid ads on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube
• Ship a high volume of creative every week, learn from the results, and kill what doesn't work fast
• Make content yourself: on camera, voiceover, editing, whatever the idea needs, and work with our editor on polished pieces
• Build and run our creator program: find, brief, and manage UGC creators and influencers, and turn it into a repeatable machine
• Grow BoldVoice's organic presence and find the ideas that get people talking about us without being paid to
• Work with our performance marketing team to understand which creative wins and why, and feed that back into what you make next
