Y-12 Credit Union in Ft. Oglethorpe invites a Founding Branch Manager to launch our presence in the community from day one. You will build and lead the team, establish key community relationships, and drive growth in a brand-new market.

You’ll shape culture, launch membership initiatives, and create a strong foundation for long-term success while representing our values and delivering outstanding member service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a new branch or startup within a financial institution.
• Ability to build teams and establish community partnerships.
• Proven track record in driving growth and membership.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead the team introducing Y-12 Credit Union to the Ft. Oglethorpe community.
• Establish relationships with members, businesses, community organizations, and local leaders.
• Create a branch culture that reflects who we are and how we serve.
• Drive membership and business growth in a new market.
• Build awareness, trust, and a strong reputation for Y-12 Credit Union.
• Help create the foundation for our long-term presence in the area.
