Y-12 Credit Union is expanding into the Ft. Oglethorpe community, and we're looking for the leader who will help introduce our credit union to the market from day one.

As ourFounding Branch Manager, you'll build and lead the team, establish community relationships, drive growth, and help shape Y-12 Credit Union's reputation in a brand-new market.

What You'll Be Building

This role includes all the leadership and operational responsibilities you would expect of a Branch Manager, but its impact goes well beyond the walls of the branch. You'll:

Build and lead the team that introduces Y-12 Credit Union to the Ft. Oglethorpe community.

Establish strong relationships with members, businesses, community organizations, and local leaders.

Create a branch culture that reflects who we are and how we serve.

Drive membership and business growth in a new market.
