Y-12 Credit Union in Ft. Oglethorpe is seeking a Founding Branch Manager to build and lead the team responsible for introducing our credit union to the market from day one.

You’ll establish relationships with members, businesses, and community leaders and create a branch culture that reflects who we are and how we serve. This is more than a traditional branch role: you will drive membership and business growth in a new market, build awareness and trust, and lay the foundation for Y-12 Credit

Job description

Y-12 Credit Union is expanding into the Ft. Oglethorpe community, and we're looking for the leader who will help introduce our credit union to the market from day one.

As ourFounding Branch Manager, you'll build and lead the team, establish community relationships, drive growth, and help shape Y-12 Credit Union's reputation in a brand-new market.

Some leaders maintain what's already built. Others help build what's next.

What You'll Be Building

This role includes all the leadership and operational responsibilities you would expect of a Branch Manager, but its impact goes well beyond the walls of the branch. You'll:
