Osmind is hiring two Founding Business Development Representatives to build our outbound motion from the ground up. You’ll own target clinics, research before outreach, and drive live conversations to move deals forward.

Qualifications

• Experience building outbound motion and early-stage sales playbooks.
• Ability to research clinics, understand decision makers, and craft compelling conversations.
• Proven ability to write clear, persuasive cold outreach messages.
• Comfort with rapid outreach and fast response times in a growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a list of target clinics and decision makers.
• Research every account before outreach to personalize the first sentence.
• Engage in real-time conversations on calls to move clinics forward.
• Respond quickly to interest via reply, click, or site visit.
• Qualify opportunities honestly to hand to Account Executive only when a good fit.
• Route clinics to the right offering and manage the outbound workflow in Unify.
• Utilize enrichment and sequencing to optimize campaigns and beat defaults.
• Contribute to writing the playbook for how we scale outbound.
