Job summary

Arceus Legal is building an AI-native law firm and is hiring a Founding Business Development Rep to accelerate our go-to-market motion. This in-person role is based in San Francisco, requiring a hands-on, high-ownership seller who can drive outbound, generate qualified pipeline, and help define our GTM strategy.

You are an entrepreneurial communicator with a track record of delivering results in fast-moving environments, ready to work long hours and own outcomes end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years selling at a high-growth startup.
• Willing to work 12+ hours per day, 6 days a week (including weekends).
• Ability to own outcomes from start to finish and consistently deliver.

Responsibilities

• Own qualified pipeline generation translating into revenue.
• Run high-volume outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Prospect and qualify leads and book meetings with creativity.
• Build feedback loops to improve messaging, targeting, and outbound motion.
• Continuously move faster and generate more pipeline.
