ARCEUS in San Francisco seeks a founding Content & Social leader to own how the world hears about us. You will capture, write, edit, film, and publish all content to turn ARCEUS into the most recognizable voice in startup law.

You’ll own social strategy across LinkedIn, X, and more, ghostwrite for team members, build a content engine, and share meaningful equity as the company scales. The role is in-person in SF, demanding high drive and ownership across formats from text to video.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years creating content at a startup, agency, or for a creator.
• Portfolio or accounts you can point to demonstrates published work.
• You are relentless and work long hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own social strategy and calendar across LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
• Ghostwrite and turn ideas into posts that generate demand.
• Capture and edit video content to raise awareness and demand.
• Design graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and assets for content.
• Run brand accounts and grow an audience.
• React quickly to moments and convert into content.
• Amplify launches, events, and conferences.
• Analyze performance and iterate weekly.
