Autopilot is a pre-seed/seed-stage, venture-backed tech startup building physical AI and robotics solutions. We are seeking a Founding Marketing Lead to own messaging, positioning, and GTM across verticals, and to build the marketing machine from day one with room to grow into leading a team.

You will craft campaigns, write content, launch programs, and ship assets hands-on while shaping the pipeline and collaborating with Sales and Product.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of B2B marketing experience at technology companies.
• Hands-on across product marketing, content marketing, and demand generation.
• Pre-seed or seed-stage, venture-backed tech startup experience preferred.
• AI-native in day-to-day marketing and campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Own messaging, positioning, and GTM across verticals and buyers.
• Build and run demand generation campaigns end-to-end; develop ROI dashboards.
• Lead brand, content, and events; manage editorial calendar and content assets.
• Grow the marketing team and collaborate with agencies/contractors as needed.
