Job summary

Oxus is seeking a Founding Auditor to shape how great audit work gets done with AI. You will sit at the intersection of audit, product, and go-to-market, working with internal audit leaders to understand methodologies, support adoption, and broaden Oxus use across pilots and customers.

You’ll review AI-generated outputs for quality, translate audit judgment into product workflows, and help define scalable methodologies for AI-enabled audit processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of audit experience across Big 4 external audit, internal audit, SOX, or related experience.
• Deep knowledge of SOX and internal audit, business process controls, ITGCs, process walkthroughs, evidence collection, and audit reporting.
• Experience implementing, administering, or improving GRC/audit technology.

Responsibilities

• Sit at the intersection of audit, product, and go-to-market.
• Work with internal audit leaders to understand methodologies and pain points, support adoption, and expand Oxus use.
• Partner with founders on go-to-market and join sales and demo conversations.
• Review AI-generated audit work for quality and documentation standards.
• Translate audit methodology into product workflows with engineers.
• Perform real audit workflows in Oxus and test AI capabilities for improvements.
• Develop audit methodologies, evaluation datasets, and quality standards.
• Turn learnings into scalable improvements across product, audit methodology, and customer experience.
