Job summary

Maiar Labs is seeking its founding plaintiff-side PI litigator in Arizona, ideally Phoenix or Tucson. You will take cases on day one for injured Arizonans and shape how the practice runs, including signable case criteria, intake screening, and file movement to demand.

Must have 5+ years in PI litigation, be licensed in Arizona, and be able to own cases end-to-end toward settlement or verdict. You will lead as the first attorney in the building, with firm support from DearLegal as the practice

Qualifications

• 5+ years in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.
• Licensed and in good standing in Arizona.
• Experience running intake and pre-litigation processes.

Responsibilities

• Sign, develop, and resolve cases by settlement or verdict end-to-end.
• Define how intake screens for signable cases and manage demand strategy.
• Oversee case movement from signup to demand with minimal supervision.
