You will close net-new bookings against quota (target $1M in the first year), co-sell with the founder-CEO, and then own deals solo while building a repeatable motion that can scale with the team. Responsibilities

• Close net-new client bookings against quota.
• Sell into a CEO-led buying committee.
• Take the founder out of the room by leading deals later.
• Build the playbook from first principles— ICP, discovery, multi-threading the committee, pricing and packaging.
• Generate your own pipeline by month 3 in partnership with marketing.
• Feed the field back into the company to sharpen packaging and pricing.
