People In AI is hiring for a role focused on building and deploying production AI agents across the backend, data, and infrastructure. You\'ll work directly with customers, ship into enterprise environments, and convert deployments into reusable platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AI agents, strong backend/ML fundamentals, and a track record of delivering end-to-end systems. You will engage with customers and own projects from problem to production.

Formación

• Production experience building AI agents.
• Strong backend or ML engineering fundamentals.
• Experience owning end-to-end systems across AI, data and infra.
• Breadth across AI, backend, data and infrastructure.
• Strong systems design and technical judgement.
• Comfort working directly with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deploy production AI agents.
• Integrate enterprise APIs, databases and legacy systems.
• Build data models, ontologies and context layers for agents.
• Design backend services and agent infrastructure.
• Own projects from customer problem through production.
• Improve reliability, observability and failure recovery.
• Turn customer solutions into reusable platform primitives.
